Red Was the Color of 2023 in Street Style

Looking back at 2023 we can declare that red was the color of the year in street style. At Sabato De Sarno’s Gucci debut in September, it was revealed as the Italian label’s new It-shade and given the seductive name of Gucci Rosso. And if there was any doubt that the color would catch on, Kendall Jenner was immediately photographed carrying the dark oxblood accessories outside the show. Later she went on to star in the campaign alongside her rumored boyfriend Bad Bunny—red is the color of love, after all. In New York meanwhile, stylish denizens preferred a fiery tomato-red hue (or should we say Big Apple red?) Scroll through for the best looks of this passionate primary in street style.
